All eBook sales are final. Refunds do not apply, as they are downloads that cannot be returned.

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, and contact us within 24 hours, a refund for the duplicate will be processed.

Physical Products:

There is no return for change of mind.

Returns are given for damaged items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking).

If you qualify for a refund based on the above, email sarah@sarahmcradit.com with the subject line “return,” and include your name, order number, pictures of the damage (physical products), and reason for return. For damaged items, please indicate whether you’d like a refund or a re-ship.
